1. What is CleanGoGo?
CleanGoGo is a national booking platform that connects customers looking for cleaning services with independent cleaners and cleaning companies. We bring you work in your area without you needing to spend on marketing or advertising.
2. Do I become an employee of CleanGoGo?
No. CleanGoGo is not an employer. You remain fully self-employed or run your business independently. We are a marketplace, like Just Eat or Uber, where we connect you with customers and manage the booking and payment process.
3. How do I get cleaning jobs through CleanGoGo?
Just Sign Up. Its that simple. Once you sign up as a CleanGoGo Partner we send you notification of jobs in your area and you decide if you accept that job. No bidding or race to the bottom.
4. What does it cost to join CleanGoGo?
Partners pay a yearly membership fee to be listed on the platform. This covers your profile, verification, and access to jobs.
5. How and when do I get paid?
Receive immediate payments once the clean is finished by linking your own stripe account.
All payments from customers go through CleanGoGo. We hold the funds securely and then pay you on the 7th of each month for all completed jobs from the previous month if you are paid by bank transfer.

6. Do I need insurance?
Yes. All partners must provide proof of Public Liability Insurance to join. If you employ staff, you’ll also need Employers’ Liability Insurance. We can connect you with trusted insurance brokers if you need help getting covered.
7. Do I need a DBS check?
Yes. To ensure customer trust and safety, all partners must have a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate. If you don’t already have one, we provide access to a quick, seamless DBS service at a discounted rate.
8. Can I choose which jobs I accept?
Yes. You’re in full control of your schedule. You can accept or decline any job request — there’s no penalty for saying no.
9. What types of cleaning jobs are available?
We cover domestic, commercial, end-of-tenancy, deep cleans, and specialist services like after-builders cleans. We’re also expanding into exterior services like jet washing, window cleaning, and more.
10. What areas does CleanGoGo cover?
CleanGoGo is a national platform covering the whole of the UK. Jobs are assigned based on your registered service area, so you’ll only get local work. View all locations here.
11. Can agencies or cleaning companies join, or is it just for solo cleaners?
Both are welcome. Whether you’re an independent cleaner or run a company with multiple staff, CleanGoGo gives you access to customers in your area.
12. Do I need to bring my own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Customers book the service, but you provide the labour, products, and equipment unless specified otherwise in the booking.
13. Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
There are no long-term contracts. Your membership is yearly, but you can choose not to renew if you no longer want to be part of the platform.
14. How does CleanGoGo handle complaints or disputes?
We have a dedicated complaints process. If an issue arises, we work with both you and the customer to resolve it fairly. Payments are only withheld if the job was not completed.
15. What happens if a customer cancels a booking?
If a customer cancels outside of our cancellation policy window, you will still receive a partial or full payment. If they cancel early enough, the booking is released and you are notified.
16. Do I need to bid for jobs?
No. Prices are fixed by CleanGoGo to keep things simple and transparent for customers and partners. There is no race-to-the-bottom or undercutting.
17. Can I set my own prices?
No. CleanGoGo operates on fixed customer pricing across the platform. This ensures customers trust us for consistent pricing and partners benefit from fair, predictable earnings.
18. How do I track my bookings and payments?
Through your CleanGoGo partner dashboard. You’ll be able to see job details, customer information, and payment history in one place.
19. Do I need experience to join?
No. If you are just starting your cleaning business then CleanGoGo is the perfect platform to help you get started. But you must ensure you complete the work to the required standard and maintain the required SLA review score.
20. How do I sign up?
Click the “Become a Partner” button, complete the short application, upload your documents, and once verified you’ll start receiving jobs in your area.
